Join us for a career that changes lives.A Day in the Life.Leads and directs one or more project teams engaged in global initiatives across functional and regional organizations.Develops and manages all facets of the project(s) from intake through implementation and closure.Accountable for the successful implementation of the outcomes derived through the change through effective organization and leadership, business case and benefits management, stakeholder management, risk management and issue resolution, planning and control, change management and quality management.Ensures the project adheres to all Corporate and IT policies and standards.Responsible for effectively managing the constraints of project management: Scope, Cost, Schedule.Provides technical and analytical guidance and recommendations to leadership governance bodies.Keeps current on advances and best practices in project management methodologies.May manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area.Innovation and Complexity: Problems and issues faced are difficult, moderately complex and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation .Develops solutions to moderately complex problems, and/or makes moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products independently to enhance performance of job area.Implements solutions to problems.Must Have:Bachelor's degree administrative areas.7 or more years of experience in Project & program management experience with IT or related roles.Experience working with efficiency improvement processes.Fluent in English level.Project Management Skill and Lean Six Sigma Skill is required. Operational Excellence experience is required. Data analysis and improvement of processes.Great communication skills.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Established and productive individual contributor.
