Ux Writer

Job Description We are looking for an UX writer who will be responsible for inventorying, producing and managing content for our products. The content could be Microcopy, help content, tutorials, web-based information, etc. At the strategic level, you will create and implement content plans, as well as measure, track and seek to improve customer engagement with content. Responsibilities:Create and maintain guidelines and style guides that include tone of voice. Understand the data and how to use it for content strategy Understand key product strategy metrics and link them to your content strategy. Ensure the highest standards of style and writing (eg, grammar, spelling, syntax, diction, punctuation, brand alignment). Create and maintain standards/guidance for localized translations. Qualifications3+ years professional writing experience. Written for a design system experience is a plus Native Spanish, Intermediate / Advanced English are necessary. Excellent writing and editing skills Experience writing content for web/mobile products Proven ability to collaborate successfully with cross-­functional partners Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Portfolio of writing samples Basic Portuguese is a Plus
