This position would be based remotely in Colombia.Department: Accounting OperationsThe accounting department is the engine of the company, providing property management accounting services to our customers. They perform everyday accounting functions like payables and receivables, and monthly processes that flow into final financial statements for customers.Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: Oversee a team of 20+ accounting professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous development. Implement effective strategies to transform low performers into high achievers and further develop mid to high performers.Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Employ Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
