The responsibility of this role is the maintenance and elevation of our Design output across and outside of theagency. They provide hands-on leadership in areas of creative excellence across a variety of CriticalMass' services, and industries. The Design Director shares parity with the more traditional CreativeDirector, but has a natural specialty around all things Design.
