We are seeking an experienced and fully bilingual Digital Marketing Strategist with a strong agency background. This role is pivotal in leading our marketing efforts from a strategic standpoint, ensuring the alignment of marketing strategies with client objectives, and driving successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and martech, combined with superior strategy development and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and Room4 Media's business objectives. Market Analysis & Trends: Conduct thorough market research and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure strategies remain relevant and competitive. Digital Audits & roadmap: Perform a Digital Audit to assess market position, marketing effectiveness, audience insights, competitor analysis, and acquisition strategy, leading to a concise action plan for improved digital impact.Collaborative Planning: Work closely with internal teams and clients to devise effective marketing strategies that meet client needs and market demands. Performance Metrics & Analysis: Establish key performance metrics for all digital marketing campaigns; monitor, analyze, and report on performance to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Agency Experience: Utilize your extensive agency background to navigate client dynamics, manage team workflows, coordinate with the production team and ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills. Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic role within a marketing or creative agency. Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, digital marketing strategies, and martech solutions. Proven track record in developing successful digital marketing strategies and client management. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
