Under the direction of the middle and high school principals, the Director of Spiritual Life and Discipleship will seek to engage the students in grades 5-12 to grow in their knowledge and relationship with Jesus Christ, as well as "Dream Big, Pray Much, and Serve Others." To accomplisBe of strong Christian faith; have a passion for serving children and families through the high calling of Christian education.Pastoral and counseling experience with adults and familiesHighly relational with established record of cultivating strong, appropriate relationships with students and adults.Experience in a Christian school environment or classroom preferred.Obvious love and desire to communicate the gospel of Christ to young people.Effective written and verbal communicator.Demonstrated experience working in a diverse international community and strong cross-cultural skills.Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
