What You'll Be Doing: We're seeking an Account Executive to join our early sales team and make a significant impact on our category-defining company, backed by top investors in Silicon Valley. Reporting directly to our Head of Latam, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS products to enterprise clients, preferably with experience in the early stages of a B2B startup. Requirements Tasks and Activities: Drive revenue growth by closing new customers using your expertise in SaaS sales. Generate new pipeline and initiate conversations with prospective clients. Manage the entire sales cycle, utilizing a consultative, relationship-driven approach. Navigate complex organizational structures and technology stacks through discovery conversations, product demos, and solution discussions. Collaborate closely with Marketing and other teams to educate and evangelize the market. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. 2+ years of experience selling SaaS products to enterprise customers. Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding targets. Comfortable with inside and field sales, capable of managing the full sales cycle independently. Adaptability to process and product ambiguity. Curiosity and genuine interest in our product, mission, and industry. Availability to travel to clients. Strong English communication skills, as we are transitioning into a global company where English is the primary language.
