It Service Manager (M-F-D)

As the IT Service Manager (m-f-d) you will have the following responsibilities:Manage external service providers (such as IT-Support) and suppliers.Manage and maintain networks and IT Infrastructure.Manage user accounts and access rights.Monitor system performance and availability.Document IT processes and systems.Adhere to compliance requirements and data protection regulations.Plan and oversee IT budget and negotiate with suppliers or contractors to ensure cost-effectiveness.Evaluate the IT needs of service users on an ongoing basis to ensure IT facilities fulfil needs and remain functional.Purchase and oversee the installation of new hardware and software.Schedule routine systems and networks upgrades.Schedule routine security backups and recovery strategies.Monitor adherence to software licensing laws.Maintain data security and implement security measure.Ensure users have access to suitable IT support and advice.Manage crises, such as data security breaches, to minimise harm and prevent recurrences.Give recommendations to upper management about IT in regard to organisational policies and businesses strategie.Prepare and implement of training courses.Your profile You have previous experience at the same role.You have Degree related to IT or business.You have strong communication skills.You are well-organised.You can work in a team as well as independently.You have analytical and problem solving skills.You have good business skills.You are willing to continue training and follow new developments in IT-related fields.You speak both German and English.A varied and responsible job with attractive remuneration and exciting development opportunities.Pleasant work-life balance: you will work 4 weeks and have 4 weeks off.An open and collegial corporate culture in which teamwork is a top priority.Company training for continuous learning and personal development.Deutsche ReGas is a medium-sized company in the European energy infrastructure sector.
