About the role The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for creating Paid Search campaigns using Google Ads, managing client budgets, and assisting in account analysis & reporting. This role will work closely with Strategists and Account Managers to collaborate on all campaigns and strategies within the Google Ads suite. The Paid Search Specialist is an attentive learner, eager to problem solve, and hungry to grow their technical, strategic, and analytical skills.Responsibilities: Manage or support in managing paid search campaigns across various industriesMake daily optimizations and pacing adjustments to campaignsAnalyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on data driven conclusionsHelp determine client benchmarking and implement optimizations to hit client KPI's in the quickest time possibleKeep up your education on industry topicsParticipate in the hiring process ensuring the best resources are selected for the teamClearly communicate with internal agency team about client goals, feedback and scheduled workflowImprove upon paid media processes and innovation of new strategies and techniquesVendor management for new channels and support channelsWork toward developing into a strategist or account managerRequirements: Ideally 1-2 years of digital marketing; Agency experience a plusMinimum 6 months of experience in search engine marketing.
