Quality Assurance Manager LOCATION: Cartagena - Bolivar - Colombia DEPARTMENT: QUALITY Develops and updates the necessary procedures, instructions andspecifications to ensure Quality System conformity according tointernal/external quality standards.Generates and analyses quality indicators to identify processperformance and/or product quality.Oversees the proper execution of internal and supplier audits, andreceives external ones.Follows up Quality events (customer claims/disatisfaction, non-conformities, improvement actions).To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation,perform inspections and participate in the investigation process.Implement the preventive/corrective actions.Keep updated the riskanalysis and the environmental aspect assessment.Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, andensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the areaof responsibility.Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/herstaff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resourcesnorms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse thefacilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/herarea.
