No matter where you arelocated, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community thatwill help you discover your fullest potential.We're on the lookout for a Senior UX Designer to augment ourremote team, primarily catering to our Conversation Platform division.The role demands the implementation of human-centered design techniquesto troubleshoot customer hurdles and craft User Journeys and User Flows.Your chief responsibilities will encompass the design of an experiencefocused on our conversation platform, incorporating elements like thevirtual agent console and ChatGPT. Tasks also include delivering wireframesand prototypes for concept testing, carrying out detailed visual and UXdesign, and constructing a governance strategy encompassing workflow,standard practices, and documentation.
