The opportunity
We have a vacancy for an innovative and inclusive leader to drive the next level of service and operational excellence. As the Associate Director, Talent your role will be to lead a large portfolio of Talent leaders and Specialists (circa 80 people). This broad leadership role is tasked with all facets of delivering a modern, leading-edge talent operation with next-level candidate and hiring manager experiences. This is not just a standard transactional delivery role. You'll be tasked with supporting development of Talent strategy and playing a key role in architecting our services and practices. Complex issues will come your way routinely. You will oversee the alignment of budgets and forecasting to ensure resources are capable, available and efficiently operating to agreed service levels.
