Responsibilities Promptly greet clients in person and on the phone in a friendly and courteous manner.
Assists clients with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional manner.
Process basic to advanced checking, savings, loan and related transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of varied cash volumes and checks. May also include responsibilities in the areas of vault, safe deposit and branch operations.
Review transactions for potential fraud and/or suspicious activity discreetly. Responsible for reporting suspicious activity immediately, as appropriate.
Accurately balance cash drawer and maintains proper cash limits throughout the work day.
Complies with all regulatory policies and procedures.
Maintain basic knowledge of the Bank?s products and services and refer clients to applicable staff.
