* Excellent level of English (B2, C1 or Native) Conversational and written.
* Minimum experience of 1 year in Customer Service Call Center.
* Handling of office tools.
* From 20 to 35 years old.
* Availability to work on Saturdays and / or Sundays.
* Proactive, organized, punctual, with focus on the result and teamwork.
