What will you create?

The Financial Advisory Risk & Quality team bring this to life by assisting in providing risk and quality support to Tax, Legal, Deals and Private Clients business. You’ll support the team in risk & quality advice across a diverse range of issues.

As a Senior Consultant in our Risk & Quality team your impact will be seen by:

Project-managing the implementation of a new enhanced Quality Assurance Review program (including drafting written communications and liaising with various internal teams and stakeholders)

Instructing and coaching an offshore Service Delivery Centre team to support the implementation of Quality Assurance Review initiatives

Assisting in developing tools and templates to implement new feedback processes

Analysing results from the Quality Assurance Review initiatives and assist the Risk & Quality team in developing data visualisation reports

About you

You have a background working within Financial Advisory, either client facing or within a support role and are skilled in written and verbal communication & project management. You are comfortable partnering with a range of stakeholders and demonstrate an ability to influence senior stakeholders. You hold a strong interest in Risk & Quality and capability to deliver commercial outcomes in a fast paced environment.
