The company is called DFCC S.A.S. (Yellow Cab) - The biggest Taxi company in the United States, originally located in Texas.

We are looking Agents - Call Center representatives, working in an American Call Center environment, interact with the customer to deliver information. Only Inbound Phone calls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Handling inbound calls from external and internal customers
*Performing customer verifications, processing orders, and requests.
*Maintaining a pleasant tone at all times with customers
*Perform up to company standards regarding calls per hour, error and "not ready" time
*Verify all information prior to dispatching a call.

Shift: Full Time (8 hours)
Salary: $ 1.200.000 + Plus $ 350.000 per month + Surcharges by Shifts
Pay Period: Bi-monthly (2 pays every month)
