Overview
The Call Center Research Interviewer will assist in completing telephone surveys.
The successful candidates will be comfortable speaking on the phone and able to maintain a company set average of calls per hour.
We are looking for cheerful, positive self-starters who are inspired by the idea of helping the community share their feelings about important social and living choices!
THIS POSITION PAYS $4 USD PER HOUR
THIS IS A PART & FLEX-TIME POSITION, 4 HOURS MINIMUM PER DAY WITH POSSIBILITIES TO DO MORE HOURS SO YOU CAN MAKE MORE MONEY!
AFTERNOON/NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY
THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION
We\'ll provide the PC and headset
We\'ll provide an Internet support fee of $******* COP per month

You'll
Place phone calls to potential survey respondents from a predetermined client list
Perform from a script to ensure consistency of survey calls
Maintain standards for survey completion and call volume
Communicate respectfully and genuinely with survey respondents at all times
Maintain survey tracking documentation
You'll have
Must have experience and background in sales or outbound campaigns
Results-driven
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1 + year experience in outbound sales
Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), predominantly Q.A.
Experience with MS, MS Office, such as Excel, Word, etc.
Excellent English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail or organization, ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
