Facebook is seeking a strong, experienced sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Facebook’s advertising solutions to advertisers. You’ll contribute to a high-calibre team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth to focus on a large and diverse account business. We are looking for a professional with expertise in consulting, that has also demonstrated strong solid performance and able to work in a constantly changing environment, dealing with ambiguity, and able to demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have experience and measurable success in a sales environment as well as experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships and display advertising. This position is located in Facebook’s Colombia office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of Marketing, Brand Advertising, Direct Response, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experienceWork with C-Level executives at clients and agencies: at least 5+ years managing client accountsStrong management and coaching skillsAbility to win the support of key stakeholdersRelationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and agenciesProven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goalsDemonstrated success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systemsAbility to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentUnderstanding of user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary termsProven communication and presentation skillsGreat team player.
