ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Pro-actively coordinate the onboarding process of auto claims.
• Act as a liaison by making outgoing calls and emails to ensure all parties involved have what they need to fulfill their part in the claims cycle.
•Monitor, call and email regarding pending supplements and revisions to meet and/or exceed cycle time.
• Ensure all interactions made with clients and other affiliates are logged into the system accurately and in a timely manner for proper documentation.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Has 2-3 years of experience in customer service; handling a US account.
• Preferably with Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
• Good speaking and writing skills in English.
