What We Are Seeking Bizagi Onboarding consultant focused on onboarding new customers onto the Bizagi platform. Their role involves guiding and supporting customers through the initial stages of adopting and utilizing the PaaS offering. Key Tasks & Accountabilities PaaS onboarding consultants assist customers in initial configuration in terms of infrastructure-related subjects. They provide guidance on initial steps, setting up user accounts & access, including SSO setup, VPN, DNS and email-related configuration, and present requisites and considerations. This may involve working closely with the customer's IT team to ensure a seamless integration process. Onboarding consultants deliver initial information regarding provisioned environments, and can engage other teams (training and support) for training sessions or to troubleshoot technical issues. Experience and milestones Academic and professional qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience and knowledge Experience on service delivery and customer support. Experience in cloud technologies, namely based on Azure. Knowledge in networking (e.g. VPN, DNS), and other technical and infrastructure subjects such as SMTP protocol, AD integration/SAML2 & PKI. Knowledge in solutions architecture and integration between systems. Knowledge in security aspects and industry standards. Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders. • Project management skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing priorities and requirements. • Languages: high-level English required; any additional language such as Spanish, Portuguese, French or German is desirable.
