JOB DESCRIPTION:

ISN Events is a US-based Company looking for an experienced and energetic B2B Sales representative to work REMOTELY establishing direct contact with our clients and selling our services.

Duties and responsibilities include:
• Make outbound/inbound calls to follow-up calls to existing and potential clients.
• Follow up through e-mail and social media channels.
• Updating our client database.
• Customer retention and closing new client sales.
• Prospect for new clients by research and cold calling.
• Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process.
• Determine strategic approaches for sales.

Requisitos

  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
    • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • A passion for sales and customer service exhibited by courteous telephone etiquette.
    • Excellent negotiation skills.
    • Fluent English including reading, writing, speaking and pronunciation. Impeccable English grammar
    • B2B sales experience, experience in higher education or other relevant work experience is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
    • Availability to travel in Latin countries.
    • Microsoft Office proficiency.
    • Ability to work on a schedule which may include shifts on EST time zone and holidays.
    • Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
    • Team player in an environment where expertise is shared and feedback is welcomed.
    • BS/BA Degree.

    EQUIPMENT SPECIFICS:
    • Desktop/laptop with a Windows 7 license or higher.
    • Internet Service - minimum of 10.0 mbps download and 1.5 mbps upload (no wireless or satellite connections).
    • Noise free work space to maximize productivity.
