Job Description

Your main mission will be to reduce the debt outstanding for the USA and LATAM. You will maintain all accounts reconciled and at lowest rates through the application of credit investigation, collection techniques, and credit limits. You must be able to identify errors, process improvements and solve or escalate them appropriately. As well, we will need you to support some admin tasks like office supplies, employee documentation, assist SGSST and small events.

Qualifications

- Fluent speaking and writing in both English (advanced) and Spanish
- At least 1 year of experience working within an accounts receivable and/or credit control environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Pro-active and customer-centric approach
- A structured and organized way of working

Preferred Qualifications

- Financial background
- Experience with US-customers
- Financial ERP knowledge (Microsoft Navision)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
