Positiondescription
The CustomerCollaboration Lead will be responsible to develop and handle CustomerCollaboration Solutions pipeline in the Cluster, working closely to Commercial,Planning and Deliver teams. This position may focus to improve Supply Chainsynchronization between target accounts and J and J SC, increase collaborationmaturity and keep J and J Customer Promise.
Key Responsibilities:
: Develop CustomerSolutions playbook and keep it updated working in collaboration with StrategicSolutions and HCC, following J and J guidelines for approval and communication;
: Handle CustomerSolutions pipeline, working closely with Strategic Solutions and StrategicAccount Management teams, in order to increase Collaboration Maturity level oftarget accounts;
: Lead solutionsimplementation accordingly to pipeline in order to improve overall Supply Chainsynchronization;
: Engage Deliver andPlanning teams on Service Level/ KPIs analysis and action plans developmentsto keep our Customer Promise;
: Coordinate MD CustomerExperience Survey: accounts and contacts review with Customer Service and Salesteams, guarantee participation to accomplish interview targets, share insightswith key stakeholders and lead action plan development and implementation;
: Support order automationstrategy being the focal point for target accounts and bringing insights of newand innovative tools to be integrated to J and J Portfolio;
: Support PAC initiatives in order to deliver full order journeytransparency to our customers to serve as better partners, build trust andimprove brand loyalty.
Qualifications
Education level required: University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
Required knowledge: MS Office (advanced)

: Show strength in written and oral communications.
: Ability to work with autonomy and demonstrate apro:active attitude and a strong teammate with ability to listen, contributeand influence.

Required Experience: 6:8 years' relevant experience in CustomerService, Warehouse, etc.
Language: Spanishfluent, English advanced (its a must)
