Work directly with the Director of Marketing and liaison between the Public Relations Agency to assist with the execution of public relations and marketing strategies including media visits and coverage, tracking of all related efforts, and other initiatives as directed. We are looking for highly motivated candidates interested in the hospitality industry. 
What you will do Create curated content to ensure it amplifies key messages and tells a story consistent with our hotel and Four Seasons brand identity while managing and monitoring the hotel's presence on Social Media networks (primarily Instagram, Facebook , and Twitter) in conjunction with input and support from the Director of Marketing 
Curate and create content for Twitter, LinkedIn , and other communities outside of IG and Facebook in conjunction with input and support from the Director of Marketing
Responsible for guest and community engagement on relevant social media channels
Utilize available programs to integrate proper User Generated Content 
Manage online and social reputation for Hotel and Restaurants, manage content and implementation for all (integrated) social media initiatives and web content with DOM / Sales Team and DO R M
M anage social media analytics, monitoring tools and Hotel results and findings.
C ontribute regularly to Corporate social media initiatives and implement local social media partnerships for cross-promotional opportunities.
M onitor the hotel's presence ( Hotel and Restaurant) on all relevant websites, including review sites such as Revinate , Trip Advisor , Facebook, e tc. in addition to other online communities, ensuring content is accurate and updated according to the Minimum Operating Standards

What you bring College graduate
At least one year of social media and online marketing experience; PR and hospitality experience beneficial
Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills, with a strong sense of quality and a creative mindset
Attention to detail.
Extremely organized
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats.
Have demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging and social media applications.
