Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an innovative, creative and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist that can join our team and help drive our digital marketing strategy.
You will be working with our Marketing Director and Marketing & Design Coordinator to build and expand our digital marketing presence across paid, earned and owned media channels.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a digital marketing all-rounder with a broad range of experience and skills including SEM, SEO, Social Media, Website Management, CRM systems and email marketing to deliver business objectives.
Hands on experience managing PPC campaigns (primarily Google Ads)
Experience in managing paid social media marketing campaigns (Facebook Business and Ads Manager)
Experience developing content for organic social media
Understanding of SEO best practices and implementation
Basic design skills including photo taking, editing and resizing (Photoshop/InDesign)
Solid CMS experience; creating landing pages and website maintenance (Wordpress preferable)
Understanding of display advertising and working with publishers to develop successful campaigns
Understanding or experience in copywriting for web and advertising
Understanding or experience in email marketing
Self-starter, able to work under pressure and manage your own time and deadlines
Strong business acumen
Minimum 3 years experience
Degree/Tertiary Marketing qualifications
Love you to have:
Google Adwords Certification
Experience managing agency partnerships
Knowledge of basic web dev (HTML)
Knowledge of pixels/tags and digital marketing tracking systems (Google Tag Manager)
Take ownership of Champion Homes’ full digital marketing stack including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube), CRM system, SEM, Email Marketing Program, Paid Social Media and SEO activity.
End-to-end management of paid acquisition campaigns to deliver business objectives (leads and sales)
Establish the brand’s voice across its social platforms through the creation and delivery of relevant content, ensuring all is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice
Develop marketing e-newsletter programs for customer database
Website maintenance and management including uploading of new products and landing page development
Media planning, execution and reporting for tactical marketing campaigns
Measure, analyse and report ongoing performance of digital marketing activity and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance performance and efficiencies
You have broad-based digital marketing knowledge and keep yourself abreast of new/emerging channels and trends
You are proactive and can use your skills and experience to uncover opportunities for our business
You'll have the ability to conduct research on our products and services in direct comparison to our competitors, providing insights and improvement suggestions
You'll be an excellent communicator both internally and externally
You'll be confident and self-assured in your approach
