Responsibilities : Management of daily workflow, managing workstreams with CRM and Account Management team.
Interfacing with client partners, representing our interests in presentations and strategy discussions.
Contributing to cross departmental/divisional projects as a creative partner.
Directing the daily creative workflow to support the creative goals, strategic goals and brand of the agency.
Input in strategy development in collaboration with the Account Management team.
Generates development of agency initiatives and programs to aid the creative development and workflow.
Instilling a passion for collaboration, teamwork and inspiration throughout the department.
Mentoring all level of creatives in the department .
Taking an interest in their professional development.
Participating in industry events, conferences, recruiting opportunities and generally being aware of industry trends with regards to talent and thought leadership.
Collaborate on and guide the work of all direct reports, giving them feedback and leading the generation of stellar ideas.
Coaching team members on presentation skills, interfacing with Sr. Leaders and clients
