A summary of benefit information can be found here .Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Associate Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management, the Director of Admissions and Recruitment (Director) collaborates both on and off campus to attract, admit, and enroll new students for the University. Operating as a data-driven admissions professional in a leadership capacity, the Director is tasked with establishing a comprehensive recruitment system that shapes the University's enrollment objectives. This role involves ensuring alignment with the university's goals and strategic plan through the implementation of advanced recruitment technologies, fostering robust partnerships, leveraging innovative social media strategies, considering evolving demographics and competitive markets, effectively promoting and communicating the university's brand, developing strategic outreach initiatives, and employing data-driven decision-making.The Director is anticipated to adhere to the principles of data-driven decision-making and is accountable for identifying, formulating, and executing strategies that yield quantifiable and measurable outcomes. This necessitates extensive planning and oversight of the undergraduate recruitment and admissions funnel, ensuring enrollment remains within specified and often fluctuating targets.Key QualificationsEmploy assessment and quality-improvement process strategies in a higher education setting.Perform market research and analysis to effectively inform recruitment strategies.Understand and stay current on industry standards around admissions, recruitment and outreach.Present clear and concise information both orally and in written form.
