What You Will Do and How You Will Grow The Director of People will: Lead the development of the people team and relevant HR systems and processes to support the growing team's success. However, we currently have openings in Bogotá, Mexico City, New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, or Washington DC. Preference will be given to candidates based in our office locations, and those residing nearby are expected to work in the office at least 2 days per week.
