The Distributor Specialist is in charge of leading his Distributors and its Key Personnel to win its customers.
He is responsible in cascading and aligning his Distributors, Distributors Sales Personnel and Distributor top accounts with company plans and directions in optimizing volume, reach, productivity, product distribution, Merchandising availability and pricing.
He must be able to conceptualize and execute demand creation programs/activities for our brands in his area of responsibility.
He is in- charge of building the capability of the distributor organization particularly the distributor sales personnel, in collaboration with his distributor manager.
He ensures that all distributor orders are paid on time and in like manner.
Company commitments to its distributors are delivered on time and that all company investments to the distributors are efficiently and effectively leverage.
Perform all other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
With at least 1 year experience in the same field (Preferred but not required).
Ability to effectively interact with all levels within and outside organization.
Experience of the same position from an FMCG company is an advantage.
Can do sales presentation and business review.
