About the Role
The Field Marketing Sr Manager will be responsible for the coordination and alignment of marketing initiatives of different territories in the ACAC region.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement strategies at city level, in collaboration with territory marketing managers, through innovative campaigns, programs and channels
Build ongoing relationships with territory marketing managers, establishing governance and appropriate communication channels
Identify opportunities to create national campaigns leveraging on local initiatives. Lead the development and implementation of such campaigns
Develop and implement creative strategies and guidelines for sponsorships, events and other experience platforms
Develop and implement strategies and guidelines for influencer marketing and community building programs
Coordinate territory marketing planning and budget control processes, aligned with country and regional marketing processes
Guarantee implementation of country and regional marketing strategies at territory level
Bring territory-level insights to help shape country and regional marketing strategies
Identify and share best practices across territories
Be the point of contact for territory marketing managers, providing guidance and marketing vision

What You’ll Need
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Great networking and stakeholder management abilities
Strong background of marketing programs and campaigns development and implementation
Holistic marketing and business understanding
Creativity and out of the box thinking
Timely execution

About the Team
This role will report to the Head of Marketing ACAC and will manage territory marketing managers.
