Prime Retail Services (“Prime") seeks individuals who are highly motivated, productive and who strive to achieve the highest quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Prime is seeking qualified candidates to work as a part-time/on-call Field Technicians to perform fixture installation and merchandising tasks for local and/or regional projects. Those with a strong work ethic, that have proven themselves on the job site, may be considered for future projects. Prime looks for opportunities to promote from within the company.
Depending on job responsibilities, various roles at Prime Retail Services provide the opportunity to travel throughout the United States and Canada. Compensation is project-specific based on the skill level, position in the company and project length and location.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Unload, assemble, and install fixtures in major retail stores
Able to use basic hand tools
Merchandise according to planogram
Prior construction experience is preferred; retail experience is helpful
Own and have experience using hand and power tools
Must own reliable transportation
Work effectively on a team
Perform general labor as assigned
Take direction from supervisor
Prime’s Field Technicians must be dependable, able to follow directions, work well in teams, trustworthy, willing to work overnight and willing to travel. Lifting, standing, walking, and climbing are standard physical requirements of Prime’s projects. Also, an ability to use common hand tools and to work with retail fixture components is important. Projects may involve varied work hours and travel.
