Roles and Responsibilities :
Good Analytical skills for understanding the business requirements, estimations for the work to be done and should be able evaluate the impact of the development in other parts of applications. Should have a good understanding of Agile and Scrum Practices. Should be a good team player. Excellent written and oral communication skills, team playing spirit and strong analytical & problem-solving abilities. Analyses functional problems within the applications suite, conducts quality checks on incoming tickets and routes these appropriately, proposes solutions and involves the Application Manager if the problems affect business processes or core functionality of the system. Willing to take other technical work within the scrum team like Testing or Reporting using PowerBI/Tableau Consults key users about enhancements to applications and takes their feedback concerning key issues and redundancies. Should have an attitude towards documenting the changes and keeping the application handbook up to date with the ongoing developments. Operates within the Security operations standards and guidelines at all times. Verifies and validates software compliance Compliance with SLB and Industry standards for coding and deployments.
Qualifications and Experience:
10+ years of experience in .net Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field Good knowledge of MS Office Packages – especially Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Angular 6.0 and above Proficiency with C# Proficiency with ASP.Net Core Authoring APIs compliant to REST standards Proficiency with Entity Framework Familiarity with database technology such as SQL Server, Oracle and MongoDB Experience with Enterprise Service Bus/Azure Service Bus preferred Familiarity with DevOps: setting up CI/CD environments, DevOps automation. Familiarity with open-source technologies and cloud services.
Other competencies
Willing to cross train into different functions applications per the need of the business. Knowledge of IT Service Management processes is a plus Scrum Certification will be a plus.
