ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity: Sign development of sales strategies and execution plans with special focus on Traditional Trade for Direct Channel.
This role will build, design and support execution and sustain strategies, associated to the business development in those channels/models.
Your Impact: As Go to Market Specialist Andinos your responsibilities would consist of:
Support the Transformation agenda for GTM for OT, Mayor and UTS channels.Support / Maintain high levels of execution and service to sales.Support / Build detailed action plans for focus locations.KPI and Sales performance management and tracking for each GTM Indirect Channel project / agenda.Andean GTM initiatives follow up through building scorecards, interpreting data and communicating facts to organization leaders through monthly status.Communicate to Key Leaders status, issues and risks of overall Andean GTM initiatives.Manage the day-to-day agenda securing time is allocated in primordial projects/topics.Design strategic communication, presentations and speeches for different forums, with internal & external clients.Support Strategy Development.Support Sales Plan Execution.Support Project ideation and execution.Support key actions to deliver results.Budget / P&L follow up by initiative.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of an annual operating plan.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For? Business Administration / Industrial Engineer as educational degree; functional experience on sales and GTM strategy development; Business performance and measurement indicators understanding.Resource with ideal 2 years sales/operations and technical support experience.Fluent in English required (writing, speaking).MS Excel advanced knowledge.SAP and Power BI knowledge desirable.Exemplary interpersonal skills with ability to influence key stakeholders within the organization.Skilled communication and presentation abilities (written & verbal).Analytical skills to develop and deploy clear reports.Leadership, negotiation and communication skills; ability to lead people change; cultural sensitivity/flexibility to support sites in different countries.Results oriented.Detail oriented, analytical skills and able to identify opportunities through data.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
