Health, Safety & Environment Manager
The Perenti Group is moving from strength to strength and the Investments team are looking for a personable and hands-on HSE Manager who will collaborate, develop and lead a team of HSE professionals with strategic direction in the areas of Safety, Occupational Health, Environment and Quality. Reporting to the COO, the role requires a solution focused leader with the attributes to positively guide, influence, develop and retain relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and clients alike.
Leading the safe, efficient and cost-effective management of the Health, Safety and Environment function across the Australian Investments operations, you will have demonstrated experience with deliverables on all the following set focus areas:

Combined with the right values, leadership skills and communication capabilities the right candidate will have deep technical expertise and extensive knowledge of HSE processes. You will also have exposure with management systems as well as working experience with injury management and workers compensation.
Recent experience in an HSE role with demonstrated results at a senior leadership level is a pre-requisite. You will have a recognised degree in a related HSE discipline, with further relevant qualifications in specialist OH&S areas to support your abilities for investigation, risk management and auditing purposes.
