Position: Inside Sales Rep.
We are looking for insides Sales Reps who know how to stay focused speak comfortably and on top of business trends. Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills required the ability to meet and exceed revenue goals. Our inside Sale Reps interact with owners and decision-makers from across the country, so a strong voice personality is important. The ability to close professionally and effectively is critical. Reps are required to make a number of outbound calls and contact B2B owners.
You would work closely with our training department (8 am – 12 noon ) to successfully complete training and to learn how to close your deals. This prepares you to graduate into our sales department. You would generate new business through cold calling to build your book of business/long lasting relationships from the ground up so you are consistently exceeding sales quotas and goals
Hours are Monday through Friday 8am -5pm after you graduate. Commissions have unlimited earning potential with Inside Sale Reps making $40,000-150,000 plus in their first year. Our company is a casual dress environment.
• Have B2B sales experience
• Some experience outside and or Inside sales, but not necessary
• Possess strong organizational skills and be motivated
• Strong Communications skills
• Ability to establish and build lasting business relationships
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Games in all the sales room
Paid training , weekly pay check , medical and dental offered after (ask) , 401k after 1 year 1 week paid vacation after one year , casual work environment , high commissions, promos galore and more. You will be paid $20.00 per hour for training. If you graduate it would be $13.00 per hour verses commission. 23-25 and up to 35% .
