This role is tasked with managing software renewals, quote inquiries and monthly licensing opportunities, with a strong focus on maintaining strong Vendor relationships. You will have proven phone based sales experience, strong relationship building skills and the tenacity to achieve set business objectives, while delivering exceptional customer service.
About The Role:
Managing pipeline for IBM Software Renewals and ESA Annuities
Providing IBM Software Renewal quotes
Providing IBM SaaS Re-subscription quotes
Supporting IBM Software ‘New License’ business
Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
Liaising closely with Vendors and IMNZ Associates
Weekly reporting and forecasting to Business Manager
A minimum of 2 years’ experience within our IMNZ business
Managing strong relationships with Vendor and Resellers
Great customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident using Excel , ideally to an intermediate skill level
Ability to converse and build rapport with all levels of customers
A sales focus for up-selling/cross-selling, able to close sales
High attention to detail and an ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Certifications in Software licensing and/or SaaS would be an advantage
