We are currently looking for a Systems Support Analyst to provide technical support, advice and troubleshooting for the combined Evolution Mining server, network and desktop environment. This role will perform a wide variety of installation, configuration and upgrade of servers, workstations and software applications both on-site and remotely while under the guidance of the IT Service and Security Manager.
Whilst this role is Level 2 support, you will also gain exposure to Level 3 support / system admin / cyber security and have the opportunity to travel to our mine sites occasionally.

Prior experience in Level 2 support is important and it would be advantageous if you have had exposure to system admin / network admin / cyber security.
