Position Summary The primary role of the IS Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is to proactively partner with the commercial, marketing & Supply functions within the organization to implement common business systems and processes. These systems and processes are to be followed by high quality, consistent data and purposeful reporting, with the ultimate objective of delivering insights which create value and drive the business forward and at the same time ensuring synergy, cost effectiveness and appropriate levels of governance are observed. This person plays an important role anticipating and following needs of the different business areas in order to accomplish as partners the business objectives.Responsabilities:
Business partner with your functional stakeholders & sponsors to define strategy
Deliver the aligned roadmap for required systems in the region.
Run the implementation and benefits realization programme for key business partners covering and developing IT solutions for: sales force automation, digital + ecom, CRM and its relationship with their corresponding data & analytics flows.
Provide key insights and actions to enable functional teams to plan, manage and execute business proposals.
Manage relationships between global, regional and external(suppliers) teams
Continuously improve sales and marketing process and platforms.
Act as the lead interface for requirements gathering for business projects with and end to end approach ensuring business benefits and IT guidelines compliance.
Skills for the role
Bachelor degree in IT, science or management based subjects
3-6 years good track record of project delivery across business functions
Fluent in spoken and written English
Nice to have Experience with any of : SF.com/Veeva, Oracle, Cegedim MI, Tableu, Accenture Newspage,
SAP, Power BI, Eccommerce and Mobile Platforms represent an extra value but not considered as a limitation for the role.
Data analysis with a strong business approach oriented
Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365.Equality
