We're proud of that and we see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.Key responsibilities:Proactively identify issues and mitigate them ensuring they are resolved quickly.Actively build strong relationships with customersManaging the incoming orders according to the optimized routing guidelines from Area LCL Product according to the solutions:Co-load: 1 Booking = 1 shipment (booked to third party co-loader by CX)MLC: Multiple Bookings = min. 1 container (booked and operated as FCL port-to-port)Hub: Multiple Bookings = In-transit consolidation either Ocean-to-Ocean or multi-modal services at origin or destination.Pro-actively make re-routing decisions by interchanging LCL solutions to optimize utilization and minimize operating costs while delivering committed sailing frequency and transit time.Prepare consolidation plans – including decon in case of Gateway and Hub – together with the receiving CFS.Execute the full container export and import processes; including forecasting and booking with Ocean, timely and accurate full container manifest and VGM information.Proactively track shipments in transit to revisit planned timing of in- and outbound activities in the receiving CFS.• Collaborate with CX on their planning and coordination with nominated Co-loaders, when used.Willingness to go the extra mile towards the customers & with focus on providing solutions.In general, actively seek out and act on continuous improvement opportunities both in relation to customers and internal / external stakeholders.We are looking for:Bachelor's degree in international Trade, International Business, and related careers.English Intermediate to advanced (writing, listening, and speaking).Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in logistics operations and customs, as well as customer service in freight forwarders companies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience and knowledge of customs systems such as TICA.Dominion of MS Office.You have been reading so far, we're glad to see you are interested.
