Descripción de la Plaza/nDescription of the vacancy:

We are a small incoming tourism company in Medellín and are looking for a full-time bilingual
management assistant.
Responsibilities include a variety of administrative tasks including managing bookings, replying
to customer enquiries and creating management reports, as well as providing logistical support
for our tour operations.
The candidate must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as be able
to prioritize and work independently. We are looking for someone with excellent communication
skills and a strong personality which balances confidence and empathy.
Activities of the position:

? Managing the company’s booking system.
? Providing customer service (email and in person).
? Creating reports for management.
? Coordinating check-in process with customers at meeting point.
? Arranging guide schedules and procurement of guide materials.
? In charge of compliance with local regulations, e.g. health & safety
? Various other administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

? Totally fluent in English (100%) and comfortable communicating with foreigners.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/Spanish).
? Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
? Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
? Strong organizational and planning skills.
? Ability to work independently.
? Flexible time availability (outside of normal office hours).
? Proficiency in MS Office.
? Knowledge of social media.
