Position: Manager / Sr. Manager Business Development (International Sales)
Job Title - Manager / Sr. Manager
Location : Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities :
Experience in selling partner channels & Actively participate in partner related activities.
Must have International Sales experience.
Plan and execute all aspects of the business development initiatives.
Responsible for New business development, driving partner product sales in the assigned territory.
Need to respond to respective RFP’s which includes identification, queries, SOW, proposal, customer negotiation and after sales service
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets established by Sales Head
Communicating with prospective clients and follow ups.
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
Organize and run sales campaigns
Participate in formulating important business development strategies
Provide support to the division manager for all sales related tasks
Maintain accurate records and generate various relevant reports/documents for Sales/Marketing Department
Required Skills :
8-14 years of hands on experience in the similar profile preferably in IT companies, proven background in leading the team of Sales professionals.
Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and writing business proposals
Strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to analyse and preparing documentation for the stages of business proposals
Must be flexible, adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and associated programs
Experience and understanding of Portal, ECM, WCM, ERP & Cloud domain is a big plus
Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated, Enthusiastic, Ambitious and Confident
