Marketing Coordinator requires:
? 1 year working in CPG setting (desired)
? Proficiency with PC applications MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
? SAP or other database supply chain software experience
? Experience working in a complex organization and driving collaboration with cross functional partners
? IDH/GTIN expert
? BS/BA (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management
Marketing Coordinator duties:
? implementation of product label changes needed to comply with pending regulatory changes.
? Specifically, this individual’s core responsibility will be for setting up and routing new items through new item setup process
? owning each product SKU’s MDS (Material Data Sheet) inputs, being an IDH/GTIN expert, and tracking new items to ensure all key dates and deadlines are achieved
? Manage several concurrent deliverables and dependencies, prioritizing based on deadlines, while ensuring clear communication is maintained across stakeholders as critical timing is achieved
? Identify risk/issues in current and future workflow by staying ahead of potential issues and raising need for escalation ahead of time.
? Work with team to mitigate and resolve; proactively bring forward recommendations to solve.
