Your responsibilities:

The role is responsible for the successful implementation of the MSL panel/territory medical-scientific strategy, in alignment with the medical affairs strategy and brand (or brands) strategic plans, to deliver sustainable and impactful, science based, strategic relations with medical experts, medical societies/associations, and other HCPs. Accountable for:

• Medical experts (ME) engagement planning and development,
• Scouting and fostering new local data generation and dissemination activities,
• Internal/external cross-area partnerships (training, CME activities) and
• Compliance with the performance indicators as well as with the local regulations and quality standards.
Minimum requirements
• University degree in life science is mandatory, physician (MD) is desirable but not mandatory.
• Masters, Doctoral or Post-Doctoral diploma in life science is highly desirable
• Fluent in English & Local Language (oral and written).
• Previous medical education role, MSL or Medical advisor (2 years minimum) is desirable. If there is no previous industry experience, any senior academic, educational or clinical role (masters, doctoral or post-doctoral programs in life science) and/or management of teams and/or mentoring new hires is mandatory (4 years minimum)
• Previous experience in any other in area in the pharmaceutical industry (commercial, regulatory, access, etc.) is desirable
