The Procure to Pay (P2P) Business Partner is a senior member of the Procure to Pay team within Procurement Services and provides high level support to business customers to ensure P2P systems and processes are tailored to operational needs, delivering smooth and efficient procure to pay services aligned to prescribed service levels.

Provide direct P2P support to delegated business customers to ensure P2P processes are optimised and customers are supported
Build cooperative and effective working relationships with business partners and P2P Team members to facilitate continuous improvement outcomes

LET’S DESCRIBE YOU
Tertiary certificate qualifications in Finance or Procurement related discipline, or equivalent experience in a similar P2P, finance, accounts payable or procurement officer position
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective workplace relations and manage conflict
Proven experience in achieving improvement outcomes through cross unit collaboration
Demonstrated experience in providing customer service excellence
Ability to meet prescribed service and performance levels relevant to the position
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to work effectively and professionally in a team environment
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Advanced oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Understanding of commercial, financial and procurement principles
