Job Description The Product Marketing Specialist role be responsible for working on a wide variety of Product projects for Live Casino.
Dream Creator Support: Assist in the execution and coordination of initiatives within the Dream Creator program.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver product demos to Key Account Managers (KAMs) and customers, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Jackpots Collaboration: Act as a liaison between KAMs, compliance teams, integration teams, and customers to facilitate smooth jackpot operations.
Exclusive Management: Oversee the handling and coordination of regional exclusives, ensuring they meet strategic goals.
Customer & KAM Support: Address customer and KAM requests, manage product configurations, and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Streamer Collaboration: Work with streamers to align content with business goals and manage payments efficiently.
Streamer Betting Project: Support project tasks to ensure successful implementation and outcomes.
Promotions Team Support: Suggest and recommend engaging content for various campaigns to drive customer interest and retention.
