Essential Responsibilities Support of ERP implementations (SAP) - ensuring reporting consistency
Develop digital finance tools to automate key profitability analytics and decision-making tools for the Region business
Work closely with Product Line managers, FP&A & HQ & in driving cross functional projects
Be responsible for consolidation CoQ monthly basis, generate improvements and plan to avoid financial impacts
Support requests from the Region/HQ segment
Lead cross-functional projects to drive simplification throughout the organization and to improve rigor in key Finance processes
Support various simplification initiatives across the total business; Standard process,
Participate in the compilation of the Pre-Close package, Key Accounts Review and Closing packageQualifications / RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 5 years of Accounting experienceDesired Characteristics
Prior experience with Consolidations and Reporting
Ability to work in matrix organization
Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Solid PC skills especially in Excel & power point.
Experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: SAP, Hyperion)Job: Project Management
