A prestigious mobile telecommunications company is looking for a specialized Project Portfolio Manager (PPM) to join their team in Bogotá.

Fluency in English (B2/B2+) is essential for this role.

Requirements
We're seeking candidates with a Master's degree or specialization in Project Management, coupled with a background in one of the following:

Electronics Engineering
Telecommunications Engineering
Business Administration
International Business

Candidates must also possess a minimum of three-five years of relevant professional experience in telecomunications field.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $6,000,000 COP
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Skills & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong capabilities in:

Project Management Fundamentals: Including acquisitions and supply chain management.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in database analysis and advanced Excel formulas for excellence management.
ERP Systems: Ability to manage ERP systems such as One Pro and SAP.
English Proficiency: B2 level for both oral and written communication.
Telecommunications Expertise: Technical background in telecommunications is preferred.
Negotiation & Goal Achievement: Proven negotiation skills and a strong ability to achieve objectives.
Leadership & Teamwork: Excellent leadership qualities and a collaborative approach.
Stakeholder Management & Commercial Acumen: Experience managing collaborators and a solid understanding of commercial aspects.
