Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end QA processes for a wide range of Localization and Data Services projects . Initiate and execute planned verifications and tests, making adjustments for scalability, functionality, and usability. Report quality issues (quality process or performance). Analyze and evaluate statistical reports to proactively identify and improve individual and team results, to improve client satisfaction. Make recommendations for revisions or improvements, based on client feedback. Reports time and other process performance data on a daily basis as required. Support the Quality Team with other tasks and projects as needed. Requirements: At least 1-2 years of professional work experience, ideally in a similar role. University degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with AI Data Services - data labeling and annotation, written and spoken data collection for training and testing AI models. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Solid understanding and hands-on practice of QA models. Hands-on knowledge & experience with computer-aided translation (CAT) tools as well as Translation Management Systems. Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities. Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills. Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
