About the role: WorkPac Professional are currently seeking a Receptionist for our client located in Darra to provide day to day office and clerical administration support and professional and efficient reception services. This position requires an immediate start for approximately 3 months with a strong possibility of permanent fulltime employment. Accountabilities of the role: Meet and greet visitors to the Company Answer all calls that come through reception (as per TOP Telephone answering guide) Answer general enquiries and provide accurate information regarding the Company and its business Update SAP as directed Maintain and update office contact lists Receive and dispatch mail and deliveries, maintain the mail register, and open and date stamp all general correspondence Order and maintain stationary supplies and other office consumables Maintain server back-up procedure including security of tapes Monitor and be responsible for the maintenance of office equipment under direction of Administration Manager Ensure the reception area is visually maintained to reflect a welcoming and professional environment Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence in an accurate and up-to-date manner Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls Provide word-processing and secretarial supports for the Companys executives. Attend and contribute to regular administration team meetings Back up WA / QLD counterpart Assist the backup other admin staff and store persons as requested Any other adhoc duties as requested. Any other duties as requested from Parts or Workshop Department Qualifications & Skills Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable) At least 1-2 years experiences in similar position Analytical and problem solving skills and decision making skills Strong verbal and listening communications skills Time management skills Honest and trustworthy Respectful with sound work ethics Strong verbal communication and business writing skills. Great attention to detail, constructive sense of urgency, and customer-focused attitude. At least basic IT proficiencies, especially with Microsoft Office Suites. Prior exposure to Autosoft is advantageous.
