Our Point of Care diagnostic portfolio spans key health and therapeutic areas, to provide innovative, rapid diagnostic solutions that deliver immediate, actionable information to healthcare providers and patients worldwide.
What You'll Do Develop and implement strategies to drive net new sales and foster growth and retention of existing customers and partners across Latin America.Translate strategy into action plans to drive results and maximize regional performance.Responsible for LATAM targeting, segmentation and pricing strategies for each product and conducting Market Research to validate.Gather and analyze market intelligence reports and provide strategic feedback to the organization (Commercial team, distributors).Partner closely with sub-regional sales teams and distributors to effectively monetize and maximize market opportunities.Design, implement, and execute a high growth demand generation strategy across the region.Provide strategic direction and training to APOC team and distributors to improve capabilities on product management, sales arguments, consultative selling, competitive advantages, value proposition among others.Develop initiatives to drive high DD growth in all APOC portfolio, constantly revisiting Go to Market strategy to ensure effective coverage and business sustainability.Select, develop, and interact with Key Opinion leaders to support value proposition and business expansion.Build strong relationships with key customers, opinion leaders and decision-makers (T1 Countries).Coordinate and execute all marketing activities, including participation in strategic conferences, medical congress, internal LATAM team meetings, POP material management, kick-off meetings, distributor meetings, KOL presentations, distributor sales force training, and customer training.
All activities must align with the authorized marketing budget and Abbott-APOC policies.Inform customers about new product introduction and product retirements, clearly establishing launch and retirement dates.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications 5 or more years of leadership experience in a combination of Sales and Marketing Management roles with a demonstrated track record of achieving business results in challenging business environments.
